{"id":1073,"date":"2025-09-03T14:26:14","date_gmt":"2025-09-03T12:26:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/imn.u-bordeaux.fr\/en\/2025\/09\/03\/postdoctoral-position-in-neuroimaging\/"},"modified":"2025-09-15T14:27:16","modified_gmt":"2025-09-15T12:27:16","slug":"postdoctoral-position-in-neuroimaging","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/imn.u-bordeaux.fr\/en\/2025\/09\/03\/postdoctoral-position-in-neuroimaging\/","title":{"rendered":"Postdoctoral position in neuroimaging"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Enhancing Frontal Executive Function in Cerebral Small Vessel Disease Using Photobiostimulation and Portable Neuroimaging<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>The Neuroimaging functional Group (GIN), headed by Michel Thiebaut de Schotten is seeking a talented, enthusiastic and independent postdoctoral scientist to work on a project investigating <strong>the effect of transcranial photobiomodulation (tPBM) to enhance frontal executive functions in cSVD patients and controls.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The project has two main objectives: 1) evaluate whether tPBM boosts frontal activation (via fNIRS\/fMRI) and improves performance on executive tasks; 2) investigate whether baseline mitochondrial efficiency (via MRI-based biomarkers) predicts responsiveness to tPBM.
