Our primary goal is to provide high-quality custom made AAV vectors and supporting the academic and industrial research community. Our core specializes in the production of research-grade AAV vectors for both <em>in vitro<\/em> and <em>in vivo<\/em> studies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The core facility provides custom AAV production services including molecular cloning of AAV plasmids, large-scale productions of highly purified vectors that are suitable for both <em>in vitro<\/em> and <em>in vivo<\/em> studies and small-scale productions from crude lysate for <em>in vitro<\/em> studies only. Approximate turnaround time is <em>5 to 6 weeks and 2 weeks for purified and lysate productions, respectively<\/em>.
